It's a mermaid, wearing more clothes then a normal mermaid should. >
 Why should mermaids be reduced to wearing such limited clothing? Why can't they wear more? I'd say CLOTHE YER SELF DER!Anyways, random drawing (I should stop saying this because everything I draw is random)...and uhhh....it's a mermaid!
